Students and accompanying adults
List the number of students, their ages and the number of adults separately. Airlines have different rules for children’s travel and the supervision required.

An international exchange, school trip or work placement? Plan flights for students and accompanying adults around your budget and itinerary.
Tell us about your group. We will explore your flight options.
Choose which details to keep. We will not overwrite anything without your decision.
We save your draft on this device and in our database for 7 days so you can return to the form. It is passed to our team only when you click “Send enquiry”.
A trip coordinator needs to consider the whole journey: arrival time at the partner school, students’ baggage, convenient connections and project accounting. A group flight enquiry lets you present these needs together. At the quotation stage, the number of travellers and their age ranges are enough. A list of names will usually be needed later, by the deadline stated in the offer.

Specify your budget per person and which costs it should cover: flights, baggage and seat selection. This makes it easier to compare offers on the same basis.
Tell us when the meeting at your partner institution starts and when you can return. The departure date alone is not always enough.

Example enquiry: 24 students aged 16–18 and 3 accompanying adults, Kraków–Lisbon, for a two-week work placement. Departure from Katowice is also acceptable, with one checked suitcase per person.
