Privacy under your control

You can send a flight enquiry without consenting to analytics or advertising. Changing your cookie settings does not delete your enquiry or draft.

The group enquiry form and Google measurement

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads in Advanced Consent Mode v2. Before you choose your settings and after you decline consent, Google tags may send limited measurement signals without storing or reading analytics or advertising cookies. These signals include consent status, the page visited and events. The connection also transmits technical information such as your IP address and browser details. Google uses these signals for purposes including measurement modelling. This is not anonymous use of the website.

We do not attach the contact details you enter or the content of your enquiry to cookieless signals. You choose consent for analytics cookies, advertising measurement, conversion matching and personalisation separately. Only after an enquiry has been successfully submitted, and with valid consent for advertising measurement and conversion matching, do we send Google SHA-256 hashes of your email address and a valid phone number with country code. These are pseudonymised data, not anonymous data. We do not send your name, organisation, route, travel dates or form comments for this purpose. Google Analytics does not receive contact details or their hashes.

Optional consent is not a condition of submitting an enquiry and does not subscribe you to a newsletter. You can change or withdraw it through Cookie policy in the footer. Withdrawal disables the cookies it covers and further sharing of contact details for matching; limited cookieless signals may continue. This does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing based on consent.

The recipients of Google measurement data are Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC. Providers may process data outside the EEA. Information about processing and safeguards for data transfers: Google services privacy, Google’s legal frameworks for data transfers and data from sites that use Google services.

We keep form drafts for 7 days, enquiry data for 90 days, cookie choices for 180 days and the decision log for up to 365 days. These periods apply to our module; Google’s data retention rules are described in its own policy. Full details of categories, providers, cookies and changing your settings. You can find the controller’s details, contact information and your data rights in the privacy policy (in Polish).

Essential website functions

Cookies protect your form session and store the identifier for your privacy choice. We keep your form draft on your device and in the database for 7 days. Only a submitted enquiry is passed on for handling. You can delete your draft using the option beside the form.

The general contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA for spam protection. This security service is independent of advertising consent. The new group travel form uses its own server-side safeguards.

Convenience features

Google Maps and remembering display preferences.

Analytics

Google Analytics: measuring visits and form stages to improve the website.

Advertising measurement

Google Ads and Meta: measuring advertising effectiveness using click identifiers and cookies.

Google conversion matching

After you submit an enquiry, we send Google SHA-256 hashes of your email address and a valid phone number with country code to match the conversion to an advertisement. Hashes are pseudonymised data, not anonymous data. This requires advertising measurement.

Advertising personalisation

Google and Meta may use data to personalise advertisements. This requires advertising measurement.

How do we measure enquiries?

We report a conversion after the enquiry has been successfully saved on the server. Without analytics or advertising consent, we send a limited cookieless signal. We include data for Google Ads matching only when consent is valid both when the enquiry is submitted and when the data is shared. A stable enquiry reference helps prevent duplicate counting in Google Ads. Google Analytics does not receive your email address, phone number, name or enquiry content.

After consent, we store limited campaign parameters (UTM), the referring site’s domain and, for advertising measurement, the gclid, gbraid or wbraid click identifiers. We do not store full URLs containing form data in analytics.

Providers and cookies

Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. Providers may process data outside the EEA. Maps: Google. Push notifications: OneSignal, which require additional browser permission.

Google Analytics uses cookies including _ga (up to 2 years), Google Ads uses _gcl_* (usually up to 90 days), and Meta uses _fbp/_fbc (usually up to 90 days). Providers may change their cookie lifetimes. Without consent, Google operates in a limited cookieless mode. Meta tools, maps and notifications start only after the relevant consent. Withdrawal removes accessible measurement cookies on our domain; disabling active embeds may reload the page. A provider’s cookies on its own domain can be deleted in your browser.

Retention periods and changing your choice

We keep your choice for 180 days, the decision log for up to 365 days and enquiry data for 90 days. You can change or withdraw consent at any time through the “Cookie policy” link in the footer. Declining consent does not block the form.

We record the text version, scope, time and successive choices, including refusals. Data needed to handle an enquiry is separate from marketing consent. We do not assume consent to a newsletter.
