Details make the difference

A relaxed plan for the whole community

A pilgrimage group may include people of different ages and with different needs. Departure times, connection times and the distance from the airport to the pilgrimage destination all matter when choosing a flight. Describe these requirements from the start so the offer suits the itinerary and the participants’ needs and abilities.

A comfortable pace of travel

Tell us whether the group can depart early in the morning and take connecting flights. A short connection is not always the best option.

Participants’ needs

Let us know if airport assistance or other arrangements are needed. Do not send medical documents at the enquiry stage.

The pilgrimage itinerary

Allow for travel from the airport to your accommodation and the first stop on the itinerary. The airport serving a named destination may be some distance away.

  • Acceptable flight times and connections
  • Baggage and airport assistance requirements

Example enquiry: 42 participants and 2 group leaders, departing from Katowice or Krakow for Rome. A direct daytime flight and one suitcase per person are preferred.

What do organisers ask?

Can the whole group travel on the same aircraft?

We check this option first if it is required. The airline must confirm that enough seats are available.

Can we request assistance for people who need help at the airport?

Yes. Describe the practical assistance required without providing health information in the form. Details will be agreed through the appropriate channel.

Requesting assistance does not mean it is confirmed. Arrangements and required deadlines must be agreed with the airline.
